- The QuickView feature displays the balances of your selected accounts at any time the app is open, without needing to login first.

- It's ideal for members who need to view their account balances on a regular basis.

- No other account information can be accessed without entering your Personal Access Code.

"You don't have to remember new passwords."

- All account login information is the same as your MemberDirect® Online Banking information.

- You can add a memorized account within the Mobile App.

"You can manage your daily banking on a familiar mobile device."

- The Synergy CU Mobile App is compatible with the following devices:

  • Apple devices (i.e., iPhone, iPad, etc.) with iOS v 9 or higher
  • Android devices (i.e., Samsung, Sony, HTC, LG, etc.) with OS v 4.4 or higher

"You can easily and quickly pay complete transactions at terminals that accept INTERAC Flash."

- All you need is an NFC-enabled Smartphone with Android OS v 4.4 and higher and the latest version of the Synergy Mobile App. Load your Member Card® Debit Card on your phone, through the Mobile App and you are ready.

  • Simply hold your unlocked Smartphone near the reader, follow the instructions on the screen and wait for the purchase to be approved. Your account is updated immediately.
  • Make purchases without opening the Mobile App by enabling "Always On", or
  • Add a Mobile Pay shortcut to your home screen to initiate a payment.

"You can rest assured your financial information is protected."

- The Synergy CU Mobile App has the same level of security as MemberDirect® Online Banking.

  • Login is password protected.
  • Receive financial or urgent reminders (Alerts and Messages).
  • Set up and Manage Financial and Security Alerts.

- Mobile Pay is based on NFC technology - the same technology that powers INTERAC Flash® cards. NFC is built right into your Smartphone with Android OS Version 4.4 and higher.

  • No card information is stored on the mobile device.
  • Mobile Pay requires a password to be entered for purchases of more than $100.
    • For added security, you can set all purchases to require a passcode.
  • With Member protection such as passcode verification, transaction limits and zero customer liability, you can feel confident using Mobile Pay for any INTERAC Flash purchase.
It is a good idea to ensure your device software is up to date and password protected.

"You can stay up-to-date on your account information and activity."

- You can set up and manage financial and security alerts. Alerts are received via text message and/or email notification.

- You can receive alert notifications via the app to your mobile device (note, this is not a text or email notification). Learn how to enable push notifications.

- Your transactions may count towards your account pack, depending on your account pack.

Please note: Since the Mobile App uses data, your carrier may charge, so standard data and messaging rates may apply. If you use the app on a free Wi-Fi connection, then you should not be charged data rates. Contact your service provider to find out more.
