Digital Banking Updates

The update to Digital Banking will begin at 10:45 pm MT on Monday, September 26 and everything should be complete in the early morning hours on Tuesday, September 27. If you have banking to do during this time, we ask that you please wait until Tuesday morning to complete your transactions.

Here are a few questions/tips to know about the update.
This update includes bug fixes and performance improvements. No new functionality is included in the release.

It is always a good idea to ensure you have the latest app version installed.

If you have your apps set to auto-update on your device, your Synergy CU Mobile app will automatically update once the app is available at the app store.

If you do not have auto-update on for your apps, you may be advised to upload the newest version of the app when you open your Synergy CU app.

To update your app, tap the update button on the app or you can access the Synergy CU mobile app by searching for "SynergyCU Mobile App" in the App Store or " SynergyCU Mobile App" in the Google Play Store.

If you don’t see an update right away, please check back again. If you have banking to do while you’re waiting, you can access to digital banking (online.synergycu.ca) through your phone or tablet browser. You can also click on the ‘SIGN IN’ button on the top right of any page on our website to launch digital banking.

When you update the app, you will need to sign in with your password for the first time as a security measure. Your facial and fingerprint ID login will work on subsequent logins.
