I’m Carter Hiebert, a proud member of the Synergy Credit Union team since 2023. I began my journey as a Summer Student Member Advisor and quickly discovered my passion for helping members achieve their financial goals. With experience in both consumer and commercial lending, I now specialize in supporting business and agricultural clients with tailored financial solutions.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 2024. During my time there, I was proud to be named to the Dean’s Honour List in both 2021–2022 and 2023–2024, recognizing my commitment to academic excellence.
When I’m not working with members, I’m usually planning my next travel adventure. I’ve explored places like Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Hawaii, and Jamaica—and I’m always looking forward to the next destination.
And as for hockey? I’m a lifelong Montreal Canadiens fan—and yes, I still believe every year is the year we bring the Cup home!
What inspires me most about working at Synergy is how we give back to the communities we serve. I joined Synergy in November 2023, but my journey in the financial services industry began back in 2009 within the credit union system. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in member service, credit risk analysis, investments, and enhancing the overall member experience.

Hello, I'm Anthony Adeseiye, your Senior Advisor for Business and Agriculture at Synergy Credit Union's New Community Branch. I joined Synergy in June 2023, bringing over a decade of financial services experience.
In my career, I've specialized in credit risk analytics, corporate finance advisory, and consulting services for a wide range of businesses. I've played a significant role in facilitating numerous bilateral and syndicated deal financings, working with multinational corporations, mid-sized enterprises, and emerging businesses.
