Member Surveys

We’re looking for your input.

Beginning in February 2026, we’ll be inviting members to take a short survey to gather feedback on your overall banking experience.

The survey invitation will come to you via email with a link to a survey that will take less than five minutes to complete.

Why are we sending members a survey?

In order to serve you better, the feedback we receive from the surveys will help inform improvements in our products, services and overall banking experience.

What happens if I don’t want to receive any surveys?

You can opt out of the surveys at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email. By clicking “Unsubscribe” you will be excluded from future surveys.

Protecting your privacy

Data is being collected by one of our partner organizations. You will never be asked to provide any personal or account information via email.

7 CO-OPERATIVE PRINCIPLES

In the early 1900s when credit unions were established in Canada, 7 Co-operative Principles formed a guiding light in building the Canadian credit union movement. At Synergy, we continue to live up to these principles; they play a leading role in the way we work with our members and in our communities every day.

3. MEMBERS' ECONOMIC PARTICIPATION

Members contribute to, and democratically influence, the capital of the credit union. The financial success of the organization is shared with its members, ensuring that value created through everyday banking is reinvested into the membership and the communities we serve.

4. AUTONOMY & INDEPENDENCE

As a financial co‑operative, our credit union is owned and governed by its members—not outside shareholders. Decisions, partnerships, and mergers are made with members’ best interests at the forefront.
Even as we evolve and grow, our autonomy remains grounded in member‑driven leadership and local decision‑making.

5. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND INFORMATION

We support members’ financial well‑being by providing access to education, expert guidance, and resources that empower informed financial decisions.
