Marshall Branch Closure: Safety Assessment Underway

Synergy Credit Union is committed to the safety and well-being of our members, staff, and community. Following a recent incident that caused significant damage to our Marshall branch, the location will remain closed while we complete a full structural assessment.

This process is expected to take approximately 60 days and is an important step to ensure the integrity of the facility before determining next steps. Once the assessment is complete, we will share updates on the branch’s future.

In the meantime, members can continue to access all banking services at any Synergy location, including our Lashburn and Lloydminster branches, or by contacting our Member Contact Centre at 1-866-825-3301. Digital banking services remain available 24/7 for your convenience.
