Finding your Member Number on Digital Banking is a breeze! Here's how:

How to find your member number on Synergy CU online banking:

  1. Sign in to Synergy CU Online Banking.
  2. Hover on the ‘Accounts' tab on the gray bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on ’View accounts’.


  4. Click on the arrow icon to the right of your account.

  5. Click on the ‘Details’ icon.
  6. Scroll down to find your Member Number.



How to find your member number on the Synergy CU mobile app:

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Tap the 'Accounts' icon at the bottom of the screen.


  3. Select your account.


  4. Tap on the 'Details' tab.
  5. Scroll down to find your Member Number.
