Hello Synergy Credit Union Members,
As we move from the warmth of summer into the crisp embrace of fall, I find myself reflecting on the inevitable changes that life brings. After many rewarding years with Synergy Credit Union, I will be retiring at the end of this year. It’s a bittersweet decision, but like the changing seasons, I know it’s time to welcome the next chapter of both my journey and Synergy’s.
Change has always been a part of Synergy Credit Union's growth. Together, we’ve embraced opportunities, met challenges head-on, and continuously evolved to serve our community better. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved, and as I prepare to step down, I’m confident that Synergy’s leadership and core values—trust, collaboration, and community—will continue to guide this organization.
It’s also an exciting time to introduce “This is Synergy,” our new campaign celebrating the partnerships and connections that make us who we are. From supporting local businesses and wellness centres to guiding financial journeys and fostering community well-being, Synergy Credit Union has always been about achieving more together. These stories remind us that Synergy is not just a credit union—it’s a community built on shared values and a commitment to each other.
As I prepare to retire, I do so with immense pride in the path we’ve walked together. The months ahead will be full of reflection and gratitude, but also anticipation for the new possibilities awaiting Synergy Credit Union and its members. Thank you for your trust and support over the years. I look forward to seeing Synergy continue to thrive, even as I take my own next steps forward.
