Synergy named finalist at the 2022 ABEX Awards

Lloydminster, Sask - Synergy Credit has been selected as a finalist in the Community Involvement category of the 2022 ABEX Awards by the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce.

This nomination is a great honour as this award will recognize a business that has demonstrated exceptional performance in its support of the arts and culture, amateur sports, education, healthcare, or voluntary groups.

“Community involvement and service, as one of the seven pillars of the credit union cooperative principles, ensure that we work for the sustainable development of our communities through policies approved by our members, said Synergy Chief Executive Officer Glenn Stang.” “This ethos has always been part of our culture here at Synergy, not just an offshoot of our business practices.”

Synergy is privileged to be nominated for this category and have now been named a finalist. This achievement is only possible because of commendable volunteer efforts of Synergy staff, the Synergy Shares program, and the Synergy Scholarships to name a few.

The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce is a provincial not-for-profit organization that supports the interests of business, including civic, commercial, and industrial enterprise.
