Customize your Statements

Do you want to 'combine' your statements to reduce the number of mailings you receive each month from Synergy Credit Union?

Now you can.

Accounts are kept separate to comply with the Federal Privacy Act which ensures only the person entitled to see the information receives the statement. However, the Act also allows for us to link or combine statements under the condition that this request is specifically made by you to Synergy Credit Union.

For example, if two people have joint and separate accounts between them, they could combine their statements to suit their needs. 'His', 'Hers' and 'Ours' for instance would give three separate statement envelopes each month. Or, if requested, these could be combined into one statement. As you can see, the flexibility is in your hands, it's your choice.

There are other options you may want to consider that could further reduce the 'paper' you receive from us each month. RRSP and loan statements for instance. They are generated monthly, however, if you would rather receive them on an annual basis, that could be changed for you as well.
