e-Statements

e-Statements lets you access an archive of your statements, from 2009 to present, for the account you have logged into on your online banking. What you will see is an exact electronic version of your paper statement.

Easy And Accessible: Expand/Collapse

  1. Log into your MemberDirect®  Online Banking account (Not on MemberDirect Online Banking? Contact us and we can get you signed up).
  2. Click on the e-Statement tab on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click the 'Click here to download your statement' link that is located following the introductory text.
  4. Select the statement you wish from the list of available statement dates. Your statements are listed by the release dates (usually the 23rd for personal accounts and the end of the month for business accounts, unless specified otherwise).

If you choose to open and view your e-Statement, be sure to clear the temporary internet files on your internet browser (available under the 'Tools' menu, then Internet Options on Internet Explorer) and log off MemberDirect Online Banking before leaving the computer.
If you need assistance with this, please contact your nearest branch.

If you choose to temporarily save your e-Statement, be sure to delete the saved PDF files, clear the Recycling Bin, and log off MemberDirect Online Banking before leaving the computer.

To protect your personal information: Do not to write your Personal Access Number (PAN) and password down or save this information within a document on your computer.

Try this service yourself. You can opt out of receiving paper statements by contacting your branch or calling the Member Contact Centre at 1-866-825-3301. It's that quick and easy.
